My mum has ordered with Avon for a long time now and has never had any issues with any of her orders. I have recently started to use them and i think they are great. They are not expensive and the quality is fantastic. I have already recommended Avon to family and friends.
I had a bad experience with them as I placed an order with Avon for six items. I only received three of the items. I contacted as it has been 2 weeks on and no sign of refund and the emails that I have sent chasing for my refund have been totally ignored neglected. Not acceptable Avon!!! Now the website is down so cannot make contact any other way.
I will be honest and say I have tried Avon in the past and was not a fan the items I have tried before (foundation and mascara) was not the best BUT... I recently ordered some lipsticks and perfumes and I love their matte lipsticks I usually use Mac at 3/4 times the price and again in my opinion is as good if not better. The perfumes I tried are amazing to and very long lasting. The prices are very good a fraction of the price for what I would pay for similar branded items. I had a tattoo lipstick lip stain come that was dried out but I contacted the Avon rep and she offered me with no hesitation a full refund or a replacement I went with the full refund. She came and collected the item and refunded me in full no issues at all. Therefore I would say there customer service is Some of the best I have come across. Delivery took a while but given the current situation with covid I expected this. I will defo be buying again.
