However if you wish to set up recurring payments your goodybag becomes a golden goodybag giving you a larger data allowance for your money . CUSTOMER SERVICE: I have experienced a few issues where I needed to contact giffgaff and they resolved my problems promptly and very satisfactory. In fact they went above and beyond what I expected. The problems I experienced were my fault as I had messed up a payment but even though it was my own fault giffgaff sorted it out for me . REWARDS: there is a reward programme where you can refer friends to giffgaff and for each friend that signs up using your referral code , you both receive £5.

I have been with these for some years now and I am satisfied with supplier. Their goody bags are very reasonable and they give you good deals on the higher end. I have recommended friends and family in the past and will continue to do so. I wish they would do a loyalty scheme.

I also get free giffgaff to giffgaff calls and texts which is great as my partner uses the same network so I am not using my minutes or texts when contacting. The customer service is also great, they constantly communicate new deals with you so you are always informed.
