Great value and I can't praise their customer service enough, I had purchased some gifts, 3 for 2 promotion. I had them delivered to my works address, as it was for a charity toy drive and I didn't want to carry them on public transport.
At the time of ordering I didn't realise that personal parcels were not allowed and the parcel was returned to sender. When I rang up their customer service they asked me what I wanted to do, as the deadline for the toy drive was the 7th December, I asked for a refund, they said it would be 3-5 days, however I received it the same day. I would highly recommend.
I am a huge fan of The Works as the prices are normally very reasonable and sometimes they have some good sales on.
I like that in store or online you can buy stuff from lots of different categories — crafts, books, books, toys, stationery.
Being able to gain loyalty points when you shop is also a great added bonus!
