2021 Festivals

Anyone got any plans to go to any Festivals this year? I was really hoping to go to a few last year and obviously they got either cancelled or rearranged. I don't wanna buy any tickets in case they cancel or have to rearranged again. I might just wait until next year to go instead.
I havent chanced buying anything this year. Its not worth the risk when things can change again.
lauren4 that is what im thinking too. I dont wanna waste money on concert tickets if its gunna another year before I get the chance to go and that money could go into my savings fund instead for a better time.
We can't hide from this virus forever. Obviously we should continue taking precautions, but we do need to learn to live with it at some point. Especially with the high success rate of the vaccine which we have.
RegularComper90 i am not avoiding anything- i am just waiting until there are more people vaccinated and i am more confident there won't be another lockdown. i spent a lot of money on a rome holiday in March 2020- so i am not making that mistake again
chelseaturpin i think i would just wait- you may be able to get last minute tickets if you really wanted to go to one if they go ahead. i am instead going to just book to see a few of my favourite bands/artist when and if they come !
I never go anyway but I do have rearranged concert with my daughter bit nervous about going crowded place but don't want to disappoint her
I can’t see festivals going ahead this year. Even as things get better, it seems unlikely that festivals will go ahead with 1000s of people crammed together. I‘m not going to book anything as a result.
we're not risking it.... can't face the hassle of potential cancellations/refunds .... but even more importantly, I think we need to remain vigilant and careful so COVID doesn't accelerate again.
