What is the 5,000 LD points reward?

Help

I was wondering if anyone had redeemed a 5000 (or above) reward from the points received from contributing on the website. If you have, what was the reward? Just out of curiosit!

Hey hicksja this should explain it πŸ™‚ The rewards are currently Amazon vouchers.

A whole load of LDers have reached (and claimed) the 5,000 point reward. We've even had someone reach 100,000!! πŸ‘

CHoward How did you get 5,000 points in a few days?! I've been an active member for a week and so far have 570?

hicksja I meant I got my gift card within a few days of redeeming it. I got the points in just over a week, just by being active and sharing, liking, commenting etc.

Just joined yesterday & got 465 points in 24 hours (200 points or more were removed πŸ˜–πŸ˜”) I'm hoping I can get to 5,000 points in the next 2 months at least!! I didn't even join for the rewards. I genuinely love deals & freebies & then I saw the rewards & was like Oooh this has just got even better!!! I'm hoping I can get to that 5,000 target. Seems quite impossible with the amount of deduction in points I'm getting 😩

You know what they say...lf something seems too good to be true, it usually is! I'm guessing that's the case with this site! If it was that easy to give out £5 rewards for every 5,000 points the website would be bankrupt! I'm guessing it's a money making scheme, but we shall see. If I can't get to 5,000 points, believe me- NO ONE can!!! 😝

It isn't 'too good to be true' many members have redeemed Amazon vouchers as a result of LD's reward scheme. I think it is quite rude to suggest that it is a money making scheme. This site is completely legitimate, built on the idea of allowing normal people to discover great deals.

Hi aksi172006 , thanks for your comment, however the site is genuine and is nearly a year old and many members have redeemed points for Amazon vouchers (including myself before and after becoming a mentor, I am currently 43% towards the Β£35 reward).

LatestDeals.co.uk is linked to LatestFreeStuff.co.uk and we also have a large FB group https://www.facebook.com/groups/1907014909513061/ and the Admins run a FB page as well https://www.facebook.com/LatestFreeStuff/

Thanks.

yummyyetis Yes of course it's genuine. I didn't mean it wasn't. I guess as a new user I was just slightly overwhelmed at the rewards scheme. It's a new initiative, and a fab one too! I wish I'd found out about this sooner. I'm a bargain hunter & I'm always posting deals on my personal social media platforms. I just wish I'd known about this sooner. I don't know how I managed to miss it!!! πŸ˜”πŸ˜”

Yeah I think it's a fab idea don't get me wrong, but you have to admit it seems abit too good to be true at times? But hey I've only been on here for 24 hours & I'm already loving it. I just wish I'd known about it sooner as I'm forever finding good deals & now I have a way of showing the world my deals hahha. I didn't mean to be rude. I think what these guys have done is great! It's waaay better than Hotukdeals. That site is a shambles! Keep it up LatestDeals community!!!

First time I have seen what the rewards actually are. I passed 5,000 a while ago but just redeemed it this week as I was curious as to what the offer was, I am surprised it is that high, those rewards are quite generous. I thought it may start off at Β£2 or something so a fiver is a nice surprise.

I have had the Β£5, Β£15 and Β£35 reward and to be fair it didn't take to long to get any of them , obviously the Β£5 can be acheived very easily, I think it took me around 10 to 11 days and then it obviously takes longer to reach the next target. I see the points as a bonus as I have and still do a little, post on other sites and you are not rewarded on any other for doing so, as with those sites it is about trying to help each other save a bit of money by sharing what deals/vouchers we find more than anything else, I when I have time try and chip in here by posting as many comps as I can because comping is my big hobby and I find more of these than i do vouchers etc so as I use a few of the deals/vouchers/freebies others post posting a few comps than we get points for is my way of giving something back to say thanks for the deals etc. It's a shame for me personally to see others question whether the site and rewards are genuine as I know they are as like i have said I have received the Β£5,Β£15 and Β£35 and after requesting them got them within a day or 2 too so I know it is genuine. If the points motivate you then if you spent the time finding the 3 comps,3 deals,3 vouchers that you get rewarded for and like and comment daily then you should get the first 5000 points in under 2 weeks without any problem, it would be nice to think it isn't just about your points though and if after posting what you can to get the points that if you seen any other good deals.vouchers etc that day you would post them up even though you were getting no more points that day.
