Add Profile Photo

For the life of me I cannot seem to find where I can add my profile pic. I see others have it so is it something that has been stopped are is it a case that I cannot see the wood for the trees?

If you click on your existing profile pic photo then click on your name it will then show the word edit, click that and you can change it there
