No, that's not the case. you get £5 for 5000....

Then when you get to 15000 you get another £10

meaning, for every 5000 you get £5

The numbers you are seeing, are just how many you have earned... it's ongoing.

If you claim as you go along though, you only get what you haven't claimed...

So, if you claim for your first 5000 you don't get that fiver again when you get to 15000 you only get £10 or 10000 points worth.

DannySpeed oh I'm really confused now...I'm dyslexic...I just cant work it out...I only get what I haven't claimed....

Thanks very much Danny for trying to simplify it...and explain it but I feel like Catherine Tate as Nan. Not good!!

ellenmcmurchie When you get to 5000 you can claim £5

IF you don't claim and you get to 15000 you can claim £15

As every 1000 point is £1

HOWEVER if you claim the first £5, you don't get that again.

So when you get to 15000 you get the difference from £15 = takeaway £5 which is £10.

So you would have got £15 for 15000

does that help?

Get to 5000 claim £5

Get to 15000 claim £10

Get to 50000 and claim £35

So for 50000 points you have claimed £50 altogether

One last thing to mention - you don't have to claim it as and when it becomes available. You can always let it roll and claim it at a much later time. (it doesn't expire so it's ideal if you want to amass a larger voucher for Christmas or a birthday)
