Adult Colouring

Yes, I have done colouring. I love flowers so I have done some colourings of flowers. I find colouring in to be a great stress reliever.

I have also recently gotten into crosswords. xx

Had to look up as to what "adult coloring book" was like.

Looks entertaining. My grandma colors in kids coloring books at the adult daycare since it's easier for those folks' ages.

I was given a swear and relax colouring book as a gift which really made me chuckle as you get to colour in very prettily decorated obscenities

I think it relaxes, but not just adult coloring, most of the arts and crafts are great to get out of our everyday life. I love decorating cookies and that is also great....

I do enjoy colouring I love to get some good shading in and blend colours amazing the satisfaction it gives

i love colouring but ive not done it awhile... working at the hospital, as per observation, next to reading book or newspaper; the knitting for ladies; comes next is colouring both sexes.. thought it keeps them relaxed..

This is nice to start, i may love this. I will to buy something like this for past time or sometime to share with friends.
