Would just like to know how many people on here do adult colouring
My favourite is relax with art with is monthly and a really good price
Hi janewest yes I do it. I like to frame some of them. I am on the look out for Christmas colouring but has yet I've not seen any. I find its very restfull. I do find the books very dear. But the the other day I was in poundstreacher and they sell the colouring books has do the pound shop. It's one of my many hobbies is colouring. 
I have just sent off for the Christmas issue of relax with art these always make my feel relaxed when I am doing them and also look out for bargains on here for pens I am lucky my kids are grown up and I do 1 to 2 hours per day just to relax and take my mind off every day things
JaneWest yes i get my pens on hear has well. Do you Send away for your colouring books. There are all so adult colouring books wear you paint by numbers. I enjoy doing them.
nicolajaynehend it depends if I am out, as I don't go out much so it's easy just to get it posted and I have noticed the book I use does sell out quickly with the Christmas issue
I used to but haven't for a while. (Tho I should) I tend to use a colouring app daily now. Does that count? 
I have never used a colouring app my daughter does I just prefer the old fashioned way 
I'm a tattoo artist so I guess I do alot of 'colouring' 
but seriously yes, I find most art forms relaxing
I wish I could draw free hand would love to draw my next tattoo but I am lucky with my tattoo guy he is great
Colouring is great relaxes the mind aswell as the body nothing else matters when I'm colouring I don't even smoke

I am lucky my kids are grown up my hubby works I do as much as I can as I am disabled and colouring takes my mind off the pain
