Amazon Prime , Free Morrisons Delivery over £40 Anyone Tried This yet ?

Money Saving

I heard this was going to be rolled out but now appears to be live in my area (the Sticks! ) .

Looked through the list , more limited than the main delivery site , some prices the same , some dearer but quite a few cheaper

Just wonder if anyone has tried it ? With my lazy head on I'm thinking a couple of cases of beer , half a dozen Cauliflower cheese ready meals (bargain at 78p !) , 3 bags of frozen chips, 2 six packs of Branston beans and I've got my £40 for free 2hour delivery slot tomorrow .

Is there a catch ?

Amazon fresh is pretty good i been able to book a 2 hour slot few times. Morrisons is a 4 minute walk, but with covid i have had delivery it arrived in a taxi.

Just seems too good to be true . A limited choice , but beers (at the current offer price ) are on there.

Think its a new thing just appeared on my Amazon page yesterday . "Morrisons" on the Department dropdown . Different from Amazon Fresh which isn't in my area .

Golfforall I'll have to look into that cos we're sort of out of the main run too. Only problem is my Amazon Prime expired today! ....am hoping they'll do a Black Friday reduction to £59 for the year - I object to £79!

BORDERJOE Yes we're not on Amazon Fresh , but I do see Morrisons vans around here . Did a dummy purchase and it offered me a choice of 10 - 12 or 14 -16 tomorrow . Check your department drop down list on your Amazon home page , Morrisons is on mine now .(wasn't before today )

I agree with you about Amazon prime ( I don't even use the video/tele bit ) and I know I buy more dross because I can get it next day ! Still it could save me a bit , save a 15 minute drive to get £40 quids worth beer ,chips and beans !(my staple diet ! )

I did. It all come in brown bags. The poor guy parked away from the house (barrier at the end of my street) and he walked up and down several times with the bags about to break. He wouldn't move the car as he said he needed the exercise. Apart from that, all was very good as I was able to stock up on pantry store cupboard items and I had £10 off

I can’t seem to find the option on my drop down menu Golfforall. Shame, I would have tried it.

Yes, it is great. And sometimes they have unbelievable offers on some items. But it is real. It existed in the past too and i ordered from them a lots of times...and it was always fine and in time

Unfortunately it's not available in my post code, as I tried to register when someone posted a great deal on lentil crisps. It would be ideal as I don't have a car.

I’ve used it. At the minute in my area it’s the quickest at getting a food delivery. I’ve never had a problem with them

Our family have used this many times and use it regularly. It is really great! We choose to coveniently receive deliveries from our local Morrisons store. The prices seem to be the same as in store and on the Morrisons website. Although, I noticed multibuy deals excluded. Fast and free delivery.

If it is not working for you on the normal Amazon website or app, try accessing this through the different "Amazon Prime Now" smartphone app. Let me know if this works instead for you.
