Amazon Refund

I was just trying to get a refund for an item that never arrived from Amazon (it’s been sat at their distribution centre on the other side of the country for 2 weeks now and they said it’s probably lost).
They say I’m eligible for a refund at this point, but when I click the ”get a refund” button it says I have to wait until the 27th of April. There’s no option to contact anyone about this that I can find. Has anyone experienced this before?
I had a faulty item from amazon a few months ago and I contacted them through a live chat and it was resolved immediately and I got a full refund. Hope this helps
Thanks for the reply. I’ll have to try their live chat and see if they can help me. I didn’t even realise they had a live chat to be honest!
cocolgooh the adviser was very helpful, it was a set of outdoor led lights and only one was working. They refunded the full amount and I was told to keep the one that was working.
