Amazon Reward Voucher Code Doesn't Work

I got my first emailed rewards for posting deals etc about 2 weeks ago - Dec 4th I think.
I've only just tried to redeem them on Amazon tonight and one of the codes doesn't work.
It is for £10.
I had clicked on the yellow 5,000 points icon and the 15,000 one at the same time, so my emails came together at the same time.
I got 3 emails and two codes worked but the 3rd didn't.
Can someone (Tom?) please look at my Latest Deals account and check for me. I'm not even sure if I should have had 3 emails/codes. I expected 2 (for £5 + £10)
I can provide the Amazon code that's not redeeming on request.

Congrats on reaching 15,000 points!
For reaching 5,000 points you should (all things going well) have received a £5 Amazon voucher. And for 15,000 points you get a £10 voucher.
It sounds as if Amazon (or perhaps us ) went a bit squiffy with that third email. I haven't had a chance to speak with Tom yet who lovingly processes all of the rewards by hand but I suspect it may have been a quirk in Amazon and they subsequently cancelled the code as it was emailed out by mistake.
