On 29th of November i ordered via the Amazon app to get a voucher, but i still have not got it.
Has anyone got the voucher or was that a fake information?

So, you ordered an Amazon gift card via the Amazon app? If digital, it's almost immediate. If physical, 2-3 days.
I made an order. and the offer was if i place the order via app i get a voucher.
Would probably best to contact Amazon customer services through online chat, maybe they could help you to get that sorted.
I usually get a screenshot of the offer before i prossed, that usually helps if you need to contact customer service if something goes wrong.
If you have a screenshot then thats perfect AndreaAndzic. If you explain that they will definitely apply the voucher into your account even if something went wrong. Best of luck
