Hello, once you have reached eligible points, you go to the Dashboard, scroll down slightly to the Rewards section, then click on the Amazon voucher equivalent to those number of points (eg, 5,000 gives you £5 Amazon voucher). You will then receive an email within the next few days containing the code for your voucher. Hope that has helped.
