Can Anybody Recommend Any Good Face Washes?

My skin is really oily and is getting really bad with spots right now, I'm not sure if it's caused by the weather or not. I feel like I need to have a better skincare routine than I do to help prevent or help this. Can anyone recommend any good ones, not too expensive?
