Anyone Else Ready for Autumn Now?

I like both summer and autumn equally, but seeing as we haven't had much in the way of summery weather over the last couple of weeks, I feel as if we may as well be in autumn now.
Autumnal weather during August isn't the same as experiencing autumnal weather in the proper autumn months. It just doesn't feel right as the days are still relatively long and the kids are still on their summer holidays.
In fact, I have been feeling this way during the vast majority of Augusts since 2003, seeing as we hardly get a decent August nowadays.
I work for Boots and we just replaced our summer sun lotion poster with a winter flu jab poster last week 
that to me meant summer is over for Boots.. our Christmas stock goes out in 3 weeks 
I am getting jumper ready I love autumn the most love the fresh brightness crunchy falling leaves and a book by the fire, sad that summer was a washout god bless the UK and all who sail on her hahahaha but bring on the hotchoc bonfires and sleeping hedgehogs
