Anyone else have this little frustration?

Ask a Question

Why is it that before Covid-19 reached the UK and started spreading in large quantities the weather was cool, damp and overall gloomy... but now that we are all (supposed to be) in lockdown and everywhere's closed, the weather has become warm, calm and sunny?

In fact, this nice weather is inevitably going to bring out all the selfish idiots who won't stay in.

I guarantee that once this is all finally over and we are allowed to go out whenever we want to again, the weather will go back to being cool, damp and gloomy.

🤦 😑

Lol it’s definitely annoying. I guarantee that had the weather been horrid, like what we had with the storms not long ago, we would all happy be self isolating! No one would need to be told to stay indoors

It's a bit like China since there lockdown there pollution has nearly gone, this is just me thinking, now most of the world is in lockdown the world is repairing itself, and since the lockdowns the weather seems to have stabled

It doesn't bother me tbh. If the weather is nice then we play outside in the garden, if it is horrid then we are inside. I understand that not everyone has a garden and we are lucky to be able to go into ours, but having to stay inside when the weather is nice honestly doesn't bother me, but I think that is due to last year and the fact we weren't allowed out then either so we are alright with staying in, but I know that I am in the minority saying this and that loads of people will be finding it hard, especially when the weather is nice.

I like the way animals are wondering into Welsh towns. They think we have handed their planet back.

It just goes to show that the world cannot cope with this exponentially increasing population. It is the people who are killing the planet not the animals. 🐞

Lol, it could be something to do with the seasons. Spring officially began on March 21st, coincidentally the day most of us went into lockdown/isolation, so it is a given that the weather will begin to improve.

At the beginning of this crisis I remember thinking 'oh well that is Summer out the window' as it is obvious this is going to be with us until the end of the year, albeit decreasing.
