Anyone Else Want a Good Thunderstorm?

Is it me or are summer thunderstorms quite a rarity now? At one time, thunderstorms during a heatwave were pretty common, but nowadays you are lucky to get just the one lightning strike. I would love to have a good thunderstorm. Anyone else? 
I would love a good thunder and lighting storm. I also love the smell when it starts raining after a long hot spell x
As long as I'm not caught in one London is expected to get thunderstorms tomorrow. I could do with some cooler temperatures. Not a fan of +30°C
Everyone likes it till it actually does some real irreparable damage.
I honestly hate them and get all worried till it finally stops. There was a thunderstorm that shook the entire building and sounded really too damn close.
Here in highlands of scotland we did not got the heat wave. We had rain and more rain. And in the evening it's been cold for a fire . We had some warm days. But that's all. Then come evening it's cold.
We had a thunder and lightning storm the other night! Despite the storm it is still ridiculously hot!
