Has Anyone Heard of Gravity Blankets?

Just wondering if anyone has heard of these and if so, whether they'd recommend? I'm trying to work out whether they're genius or just gimmicky.
(Explanation for anyone who hasn't - from what I can work out they're blankets weighted to a tenth of a person's weight, idea being they help with insommnia, provide comfort for people with anxiety, autism etc...)
I couldn't justify the full cost of one (which is an eye-watering £150+) but there are unbranded ones out there (still expensive) - just wondering if they're worth it. 
Interesting never heard about them until today.
£150 for a heavy blanket just seems like another of those cons!
Why not just buy a coupla extra full tog duvets lol
