Anyone Had Any Look Haggling Any Mobile Networks (Before Starting a Contract)

Hi,
Im looking at starting a contract with virgin mobile for the 34gb data plan. Has anyone had any luck or got any tips of how to haggle them down in price if possible.
If not please can you tell me about providers you've had luck haggling with.

In the past ive been with Vodafone and EE and never been able to get anywhere renewing a contract so ditched them. Was with talktalk mobile (now gone) but always got a good deal by haggling. Now with Plusnet and did haggle at the start of the contract (sim only) and since upgraded at no extra cost so you could always give them a go
Vodafone I’ve managed to haggle with many times but I do think it’s luck on the day, they have to sell a certain number of contracts a day / month / year, so they will be more desperate some times.. never tried with anyone else, but this month I decided to change to Sky as they were unbeatable on price
