Anyone Use a Pedometer

Other

So I'm looking into getting a pedometer watch. To track my steps. Which brands would you recommend.

I have a Garmin watch they also track steps and how many calories you burn, you can sync it with your phone onto an app. I aim to do at least 10000 step a day.

If you dont want to or can’t find a watch that you like to count your steps there are plenty of free apps that count your steps, iPhones even have this built in 🙂

I was using an app but I realised its not accurate at all. So was thinking maybe a watch would track my steps better

SalmaS the Fitbit Verve is meant to have the most accurate pedometer of the Fitbit brand. Currently considering buying one myself

SalmaS oh I see, I have an iPhone and just use their step counter now and I think it's pretty accurate, I used to use an app called Accupedo and I found that good 🙂

I either use the one that's on my phone, or on my apple watch, which I find gives a more accurate step counter

I used a fitbit for quite a while, but i’m not sure how accurate they are - some days I would be on my feet at work all day and it would say I’ve only done 6000 steps, but a colleague doing the same shift and same amount of walking around would say she had done 10,000..
