Recently after updating to android 15 on a Google pixel 7pro I am experiencing a very annoying bug where the buttons along the bottom are not there 99% of the time. Only way I have to make them appear is when I receive a notification and click on that.
I was in the beta group and uninstalled that to try the regular app and still same issue, uninstalled many times, rebooted etc etc
ch7leach have you cleared the cache, uninstalled and rebooted your phone before new installation?
You can do that in apps- choose latest deals app and then storage - clear cache. Depends on the device you are using but try to clear cache, uninstall and reboot your phone before new installation.
. Having said that the last few times I have opened the app it's been fine but last time it did that it stopped again 
This is what I see more often than not. From time to time the buttons at bottom do appear.
The key icon in the top normally is a VPN, this only comes on after a certain time to block WhatsApp to save me being disturbed. Having it on or off does not change how the app performs for me unorturnaly

The screenshots and additional information in this chat topic are really helpful.
I haven't yet been able to recreate the issue on a simulator trying to mimic your setup.
If you hard close the app and open it again and do nothing else is the bottom menu bar present? If so, what action causes it to hide?
The app within the next month or so will be completely rewritten and likely fix bugs like these in the process but if I can quickly fix it beforehand I'd be very keen to do so!

If I close the app and reopen it currently most of the time will appear as per images,
On the rare occasion the buttons on the bottom appear and work fine.
If I click on a notification like the one your post gave me the buttons appear till I close the app.
If I force close, clear cache and storage, reinstall or any combination I still get the same problem.
No idea what causes it to hide, did not hide pre android15.
Also to note I had installed a beta version and left that to try the normal one and both versions had the same problem.
Obviously if there is anything else I can answer to help make it work I will certainly do my best to do so
I think that the problem is when the phone is set to 3 button navigation on my Pixel. App works fine when it's set to Gesture navigation.
I'm not too tech savvy, so can't help much further.
Been playing with my settings and it does seem to me it's linked to the gestures/3 button mode. When opening the app on either setting (most cases) I don't get the bar at the bottom. If I flick from gestures to 3 button or the other way it appears.

I haven't been able to patch the app to fix the issue unfortunately.
A more substantial update of the app has been on the to-do list for some time and so I'm all in on that at the moment and furiously updating everything and I'm confident in doing so I'll fix this bug (along with a bunch of others!)
I think, realistically, it may be a couple of weeks before I get the app update out but I'm going as fast as I can (including working right now rather than doing dinner 
) Sorry for the trouble caused by this and hopefully I can have it out and working ASAP!

With apologies for the delay (the app update was much more significant than I ever imagined!) a new, completely re-written, version of the App has been released just this moment (pressed the button 1 minute ago!) on Android and Apple.
Hopefully it'll appear as an update in your app store soon and fingers crossed it fixes (and improves) more things than it breaks!
Kelsey thank you new app looks good and appears to work so far, however initially trying to log on it said my email did not have an account. Triedna few times and the it seems to work ok now.
Would love to see in the next update (just to keep you busy) but clicking on images to be able to enlarge them.

A new version of the app is under review with Apple/Google at the moment. Hopefully I can get it released tomorrow.
The update has a few bug fixes and I managed to squeeze in a new addition that'll allow you to zoom in on deal images. I'll see if I can add the same functionality for images in descriptions/comments in the future too

kernowmaid Hey I've just released a new version of the app - version 6.0.5 - to the Google Play store. Hopefully the update is available for you soon and fixes this bug
