Trouble Ordering On Argos Website
Ask a Question
Hi guys...
Has anyone tried to order anything from Argos in the last week or so?
I am trying and i keep getting error msg all the time
I even called them and chatted with them 3 times.
They keep saying clear cookies..
Done all that and tried on mobile, computer and tablet.
Its driving me crazy now.
Anyone has same issue??
What is the error message in the first place ? Perhaps the most important thing you can mention in your thread.
Susana it does not give me error message
It just doesn't go on after me adding my address
Have you tried a different browser to the one you are using, e.g. Firefox or Internet Explorer?
TheChimp I'm not sure my work laptop has it but it's ancient so probably explains why!
rararachel I think it's been discontinued and it is now Microsoft Edge.
I go between Chrome, Firefox and Ecosia myself. Ecosia actually plant trees on your behalf the more that you use it.
rararachel no. Honestly have not. I tried on 2 different computers. On 2 mobile and 2 tablet.
TheChimp when i try to get it delivered and when i add my address it does not go to the delivery page
If i try to pay now and collect.. It just gives me next page where is says
Something want wrong call the number they provide
AndreaAndzic That's quite complicated to help. It could be a matter of having Java/Silverlight or whatever these guys use to load the delivery plugins.
Go onto the website with a device you have never visited it with before and open a new account. That's the easiest solution. You'll need to use a different email address. If you have Gmail, I can tell you a trick on how to use your existing address though.
Johnny thanks. But it is in stock. They even confirmed it over the phone and chat.
Johnny totally.. For over 2 weeks now been trying. Its honestly driving me crazy
Hey everyone here
Thank you all so much for trying to help
I had to in the end register different account to get the order.
