Just had a look on Asda click and collect service and the website has high volume of traffic on it and currently you unable to book a slot .
The Waitrose website is also having similar issues. I can't access a lot of their site. It's currently displaying the following message - If you're experiencing technical issues at this busy time, please bear with us. We'll fix them as soon as we can
Same here. I can't access waitrose or morrisons website. Looks like amazon will only be sending out essentials now, so no books, dvds. These will not be a priority. I'm trying to get a greenhouse sorted out as the one at my new house was actually completed trashed. Not sure if I will. I was planning on growing most of my veg, herbs, etc this year anyways. Still hoping I can. Looks like the supermarkets will not have any stock. Feels like the end of the world in many ways.
Loads of people have been experiencing this with other retailers as well. Someone I know waited 30 minutes on the Ocado site. Madness
Will be the future now, for we don't cross with the people. Doing shopping online.
got a slot but now iv got a couple of items in basket and now it keeps cutting off saying don't refresh your browser high volume of traffic mite end up giving it up its a bloody nightmare
HelenPetrie mine is same got to check out then back on queue but I need these slots but eyes are saying no then got checkout now says use different browse
Go local. Loads of businesses have started their own delivery services - including local shops and market stalls too if you have a market nearby. Ask around on local Facebook groups.
