Baby Boom or a Rise in Divorce?
Other
I heard this earlier today and it made me chuckle. Not because I’m heartless, because It made me think. definitely testing times. Yesterday I could have got a divorce (although I’m not actually married), today I feel thankful and I’m in a good place.
Oh Johnny that is so cynical lol. I have done a quick count and know more happy couples than unhappy.......trouble is....how many are pretending!!!
We've been self isolating for around 10 days now and no arguments as yet, but then again, we don't really argue anyway.
We've set up a Wii Carnival championship and play a fixture every day to pass the time.
Mind you, we might have to stay in for 12 weeks due to my health conditions, so I don't know how the wife will cope with that.
I can't imagine anyone wanting to bring new life into this diseased world at the moment but I believe that both birth & divorce rates will soar!
I reckon that both of them will rise. My husband and I don't argue, in 8 years we have had 2 big fights, which were forgotten about half an hour later.
I fear that the instances of domestic abuse will rise due to lockdown.
I think this is Time we should think before bringing a baby in this world with this current situation .one of our family friends daughter had a miscarriage it’s been 3days she need a operation but doctors don’t want to do that because of coronavirus very sad i know some of us are used to when our husband goes work but now they are staying home my advice to everyone if anything happens in duration of lockdown please try to understand each other and ignore as much as you can don’t let your marriage life down take care of your children stay safe Thanks
Probably both. Poundland have seen a 25% rise in sales of it's pregnancy test kits during the lockdown - https://www.itv.com/news/central/2020-04-22/poundland-pregnancy-test-sales-up-by-25-since-the-start-of-coronavirus-lockdown/
