Baby Entertaining Ways

Learn the rhymes and actions yourself and then teach them to him, so you can do them together. Get him to draw his favourite characters from the rhythms. Read the rhythms to him and talk about the pictures in the books, the colours etc. Get him to help with chores around the house.

I used to be a nursery nurse & when i worked in a toddler room we used to sometimes do messy play with them such as art & craft work with paints, glitter etc. We also did hand/finger painting or string painting to. We made playdough or cornflour slime. Or you could bake with your little boy. Something simple like muffins or choc crispy cakes
