I love this time of the year in the kitchen the lovely smells coming from the over. Home made mince pies Christmas buns Christmas short Bread . Do you bake things for Christmas.

Tasha042 yes some mince pies. Because the one in the shop is nothing like home made. And the last longer to. And some shortbread if I can find my recipe book.
nicolajaynehend that sounds good I've never made shortbread before. Might have to try that. Everything is nicer homemade. We got some mince pies from the morrisons bakery and they were a very close second best. Much better than normal shop bought
