I've seen on a diff page people had money taken over £250 pounds worth and other had £260 taken.

If you wish to believe its a scam... then do not purchase.

We can't hold ld accountantable. People post these deals so it could be anyone who posted it up.

If unhappy always check what your buying & if unhappy DO NOT BUY OR GO AHEAD. People who pass the book are no better. Always check and if in doubt don't go ahead

Mummyk , I agree.

If people were to check the links that were posted on the scam website. They would’ve realised that it all didn’t match up. its not LD’s fault. But people should be more aware of wheat they’re buying.

I commented saying it was a scam, but some people didn’t believe me and still went ahead and purchased them.

I've been informed this site may have had a "padlock" safety on it.

I'm not an expert, however please remember latest deals is a community-based platform where "we" meaning us the users aswell as site owners post deals.

Kelsey works his socks off to keep this site to best of his ability aswell as tom, deepak & mods do keeping us safe.

However you can not blame these guys for any fraudulent activity posted.

We are all responsible for our purchases.

Stop passing the book.

The deal may have even been shared by the scammer themsevles or may do or attempts in future.

Lets be more aware & more internet savvy aswell as safe on the internet.

Deals are monitored however no one can man this site 24hrs a day.

One or more deals can slip through the net at times.

But at the end of it all we are responsible for our purchases.

I did not purchase this deal as i did not need it aswell as feeling uneasy about it.

Keep up the amazing work guys i for one am 100% behind this site & will support it as it is amazing.

Not latest deals fault at all and we all can google to see if safe Google is our friend here.

Can't expect them to do everything and wipe our aees so come people get with the game isn't anyone fault it's our cash we need to protect it our self's. You are doing a fantastic job police this site admin in my book 5stars if they took all cash out then I would have had a lesson in life.

Just to warn everyone, someone has attempted to use my card details half hour ago, luckily it was cancelled and the payment was declined. The bank sent me a text asking if it was me, I’ve just got off the phone to the fraud department so everyone be cautious, I hope everyone has cancelled their cards

Just been reading this thread. sorry to hear so many of you have had attempts to take money from your banks. I try to only go for the freebies nowadays from the big companies - perfume samples, supersavyme, etc. I don't trust offers from smaller/unknown places nowadays. I remember the fake free tshirt so many of us signed up for. Nothing bad happened but there was talk online about all kinds of things happening after people ordered from the site.

I bet they haven't informed the police.

They did the least they could. No email to members warning them. Just a 'build it and they will come' forum post. Buried - cynical and deliberate.

Hi Timpil. I can see you are a new user.

Our first action was to remove the post and advise users to contact their banks.

Latest Deals is not a store. It is a community website similar to an online forum or a Facebook Group. People share money saving tips with each other. We do not sell any products.

3. Our Role

LD is not the seller or supplier of, and does not endorse, any of the goods or services that are featured on the Website. We therefore do not have any of the legal obligations that apply to the sellers of those goods or services.

This means that we have no control over or responsibility for:

the quality, safety, or legality of the goods or services available from retailers; or

whether the retailer can or will supply and pass good title to any goods or services.

Everyone using the Website should exercise no lesser degree of caution in entering into transactions with retailers than they would when entering into a similar transaction elsewhere.

We aim to provide accurate information (whether it be a deal, competition, freebie, voucher or something else) but often our content is user generated, crowd-sourced and/or sometimes based on speculation or limited details. We do not claim to always accurately represent the intentions or specifics of an offer from a third party, nor do we claim any association with third parties. Whilst we may attempt to verify an offer with a third party directly, you should assume that the offers on LD haven't been verified. When you visit a third party from LD you should not rely on the content provided by LD. Instead please read and rely on the information provided by the third-party directly. One of the reasons behind this section of the terms and conditions is that we do not want our visitors and members to feel discontent towards a third party due to something misleading on LD. Please always check, and then double check, with the terms and details of any offer or promotion with the third party directly.

both me and my sister had transactions today taken from our accounts and both used this bath bomb site. Our first thought was the bath bombs and the website www.fizzybaths.co.uk is no longer online
