Because of the bad back situation I ordered a Sainsbury's food delivery for today. Nearly every fresh food item was dated 12th, the odd one 13th. As this was supposed to be a week's shopping i had hoped for it to last further than Tuesday. So much for the supermarkets boast that they pick the freshest for you.
That's not good - you need to send them a message. I would be very disappoint by these dates on a delivered order, especially when they promote the fact that you can put your trust in them. How is the back?
Yes I am going to politely complain.
Woke up in lots of pain but son 2 dropped round with some Nurofen and it really helped. Only took one dose and has remained fairly comfy today so must have been on the mend. Thank you for asking. I would have gone shopping myself had i known it would be so improved!
But son 1 arrived this afternoon and put a handrail up on the stairs as he was worried about me falling with bad back, bless. Must admit many visitors complain about the steep stairs and nothing to hold.
Lynibis I'm glad to hear you have had a little relief today. I think you realise you are suffering when you actually seek out the pain relief. Hopefully it will ease a little more by tomorrow. It's nice to know your sons are keeping a watchful eye on you too. Role reversal. lol. Don't overdo it. x
