Whats everyone's opinion/thoughts on this?
I love 70's and 80's music
I love bands such as Blondie, the Beatles and got to love Cyndi Lauper.
I think the best decades for rock were 60 and 70s, then in the 90s the grunge/alternative bands were great. Pop music, I would say the 80s. Dance music the 90s. Rap, R&B/hiphop the 90s. I think all genres of music now are terrible.

Soundgarden, mother love bone, mudhoney, pearl jam, alice in chains, green river, mad season, screaming trees - off the top of my head and alternative bands like Jane's addiction, ministry, NIN, smashing pumpkins, etc. We also had some proper metal with Pantera. Loads of great bands around. I miss the 90s. 
70s for Rock is my fav. All the coolest music is from the 70s. Bowie , Pink Floyd, Bob Seger, Bruce Springstein, Queen etc. I love the 80s for pop. 90s dance music is very nostalgic for me as that was my youth. Lots of good musical memories from the 90s!
