I posted a bet 365 offer yesterday and it was removed are you allowed to post offers for gambling sites

Jamne1 With gambling... for every winner there has to be several losers. It is IMPOSSIBLE for more to be won than is staked. Especially after bookmakers and gambling companies take their cut.

Thanks for sharing on LD and sorry that it was removed.
We historically had a guideline disallowing gambling/betting deals on LD. However, at some point it seems to have inadvertently slipped out of our guidelines.
I've awarded you some bonus points as it isn't fair having something removed when our guidelines aren't clear. However, for future reference, on LD a freebie is something that doesn't require a spend (except postage). If you need to spend something to get something we ask people to share it as a deal instead 
Separately, if people want to use this topic to discuss whether or not betting offers should be allowed to be shared on LD please do so! I know there are arguments for and against it and so we'll always take feedback on board 
I don't think allowing "gambling deals" too good an idea on a site that is supposedly to try to save or help people make money. it is a well established FACT that the only people to make money, long term., from gambling are bookmakers or casino owners. Let the bookmakers finance their own attempts to lure people into what is probably more addictive than smoking, drinking and heroin combined.
U can generally win money but then u start to chase it now they have restrictions on machines it’s the best thing they ever stay in control set a limit and only take/spend that amount of you win 20 pounds it’s a bonus right don’t think or iv won this I’ll bet again I may win more u cud loose then regret what uv lost been their done that never again
Better still avoid altogether those who "think" they've won on any machine will usually put it back in again with interest.
The problem is that people generally only tend to remember the times they won - they soon forget how much it cost them to win it.
