I’ve never used the app but I think they’re okay. Not the best quality products but far better than, say, primark. I would only buy something if it’s on sale - because those prices are actually representative of how much you should be paying for the quality you get.

I only purchased once from them and returned them all. I thought the quality was terrible, dress was see through like tights and jumpers were nothing like the images. I wear size 8 and I've ordered them in Medium to get them a bit buggy but they were literally fitted. The images and prices are tempting so you could get better luck, they might have some hidden treasures. I suppose you could order when they offer free delivery and return are free so you can always return it if you don't like it. Happy bargain hunting ;)

I've used boohoo a couple of times- admittedly when theres free delivery but i dont use the app as any discount codes i enter on the app never work, even if the code says 'app only' i find the sizes are a bit off though, i ordered two size 14 tshirts, one was huge and the other was too tight.

I've used Boohoo a few times but rarely had a good experience, the clothes sizing is a bit off so if I do order anything I always get it a size bigger but then sometimes the quality of the item has been questionable.

Iv been disappointed with more stuff than iv been happy with from boohoo. Quality isn't the greatest & Iv always had to size up. Iv given up ordering from them.

I love boohoo. I shopped online there last month and bought a satin pink pleated skirt and a pink ruffle off the shoulder top. I loved the outfit when I tried it on

I dont like the look of anything they sell. It’s one of the companies I know that if you pay cheap, you get cheaper!

I love BooHoo! We get deliveries from there about 4 times a week... (got 3 daughters as well as myself!) ..... I agree that the sizing is a bit hit and miss but they are easy to return! ***
