Oh dear. I know they’ve been financially unstable for years. I like the style of their home wear and it’s good quality too.

How they kept on going on for so long surprises me.

I hadn't seen this so thanks for raising it Johnny. It's another one I will be sad to see go. I've only ever bought things in their sales (otherwise out of my league ) but I love the shop.

No suprise then as theyve been struggling for a while now.

I seen on a girls group on Facebook that some girls partner had lost his job working at Laura Ashley doing upholstery. It’s a shame to see the shops go and a shame for those who work their who now face looking for a new job. I was in a similar situation myself recently as the company I used to work for are closing their Birmingham office and just having keeping their other 2 sites which are both over 90 miles away! 100 people are losing their jobs so I started looking for another job and started a new job last Monday!
