just wondered whether I should move for a better deal as the service I have is fine and although the price is creeping up, I have heard a few stories about bad service. who would you recommend
We use Bt, not the cheapest but we get good speed and not had any problems. I’m sure they’ll have a deal if you search.
Ive been with vodaphone for around 8 months now. First few months great no hassle great speed as promised however the last couple of months its been awful and the customer service leaves alot to be desired.
I think its pot luck of you get bad service no matter the provider. Last ones ive had 2 good service (or service not really needed) and 2 bad service. The quality of the line however remained adequate for my needs. Drop and run to a cheaper deal with good cash back.
I live in the UK for 4 years now and I only used two providers, Virgin Media and Hyperoptic. I can say that I never had a single day of trouble, slowness, signal drop, etc. You should always take into account the quality difference between fibre and a normal DSL connection.
If you want quality and stable speed, do not think twice about choosing a fibre internet.
