Brought a Cake Says It Will Do 6 People.

Other

Just treated my say to a coffee and walnut cake and it was not cheap. That's way it's a treat. Reading on the box it say it will do 6 people. To me you would be lucky to get 3 out of it. It's that small. How would you get 6 out I don't know. It would be a lick and no more. Have you brought any thing that would do 6 or people and find it would not do. One thing for sure I will not be buying it again. Going to make my own. What a reap of. It was meant to last me a few days. But I can't see it . It's so small. 🍰🍰🍰🍰

A bought cake never serves the suggested size portions especially if my husband is slicing it! Hope you enjoy your coffee and walnut cake.

Hi pjran thank you for your reply. Yes I did in joy the cake. And you made me laugh about your husband. He must love cake. The cake when I open it was very small and it would not do 6 like it said. At a push it might just do 4 but it would be very small slice .one bit and its gone. 🍰

😂I know exactly what you mean. Every time when I look on my packed of 560g muesli I can't believe it supposed to be 12 portions. I am quite small and don't eat generally to much but honestly this pack I can kill it in 4 goes ☺️

Surely it is referring to the recommended portion but we do tend to eat more especially when it comes to cakes

It shows the maximum amount of people it can be stretched for, but realistically it serves just 2-3 or 4 than 6.

A cake that serves 6 would be eaten over 2 days by my husband and me and you aren't talking massive slices here! Cake never serves as many as it says it should. When we last visited my parents my mum bought two cakes for the four of us to make sure there was enough
