I quite like www.icelolly.co.uk for looking at package deals, though I've never booked through them, and I like www.skyscanner.com for flights. I like that for both of them you can put from anywhere to anywhere and just see what's cheap, as we live near enough to about 4 airports do I never like to narrow the search down too much. HTH.
