Cake Ideas?

So a bunch of friends are having a cake-baking competition over Zoom this week. The challenge is that we're not allowed to bake a cake from eggs, milk, butter, sugar etc. We have to improvise cake from anything else that we have on hand. I was thinking of gluing some pancakes together with buttercream and jam. Any other ideas?
A friend of mine kids have allergies of above items and make cake with using orange juice

What about using crispies? melt marshmallows & toffees into rice crispies, put mix into a lined cake tim and let it harden. You can even sculpt it before it hardens if you're feeling very creative. It can be covered in icing too and decorated.

Probably not helpful but I've noticed cake mixes often use oil instead of butter
