I would like to bake some cakes or muffins without using eggs, yeast and Bicarbonate of Soda.
Does anyone have any recipes or tips

That is a vegan style of cake my cousins used to bake them but still taste nice

baking powder gives a boost to them, just need to add a small spoon in the recipe and boom they rise up
