Calm Patches - My thoughts... and Any Recommendations?

Ask a Question

So, as with a lot of the population right now I do suffer with bouts of stress and anxiety. I came across a random pack of these calm patches that had been discounted in tx maxx.. the last pack.. it was destiny! A steal at £3 for 12 patches. The regular price for these is £10. I have found them a god send but wonder if anyone has come across a cheaper yet still effective brand? I tried the "Kind" patches as found them cheap on ebay but didn't find they did much for me. Id like to use these long term as they appear alot safer than tablets that can harm your stomach. Image

I've not used these before but actually found the roll on oils really good. You put it on your wrist and then a tiny bit on your neck and the smells naturally calm you down (it may have been mind over matter but it works for me).

My daughter was talking about these the other day and some else had found some in superdrug but we asked and they knew nothing. I don’t fancy buying online but will keep searching.
