Can't open a Credit Account at Very

Wanted to pre-order ARMS (a Nintendo Switch game) from Very for £24.99 but their system always says they can't find my home address. That's just ridiculous, I've never had a problem with other retailers out there (Amazon, Zavvi, eBay, Aliexpress, Gearbest, Argos, John Lewis, etc).
My first experience with Very and it's terrible.
I can't recall when I bought my switch via Very but I often have to manually enter my address rather than rely on the postcode lookup - is there no option for that?
Failing that I guess you could call them but may be a lot of faff and not worth the effort. Definitely irritating when addresses aren't recognised!
Kelsey Hey, I did try to add it manually but it didn't work either and so I dared to try "if you lives less than 3 years at" option. It sort of worked until the system itself figured out it was the same address.
Very is downright broken and while it needs to be fixed, they probably won't bother with it. Only a few people are lucky to take part in the offers while the rest can't for this or that reason.
Rockman perhaps I am just lucky but never had any problems with them. I make a puchase every few months - pay off with the free credit over three months then wait - as they usualy send me some sort of deal to use next time. Had a few decent deals over the last year or so. Amazon etc usually cheaper but with the discounts and the free credit and free delivery to my local shop its often the best option.
Maybe it is luck that u can not open it....they have very bad delivery service...make laptops dissapear on the way...etc...
