I've always thought she came across as a little feisty but IF the allegations are correct then she should step back. Sadly, so little is done in the way of punishment for so called 'celebrities' when they are caught doing something that they shouldn't. The more it happens and nothing is done, the more we all tend to see it as commonplace. So little is spoken about or dealt with when the victim is male and that's just wrong.

Yes I agree that the celebrities are always let off lightly! Almost swept under the carpet as if nothing happened. I think if she has been charged then the allegations must be true? But I don’t know.. we will see. I have always thought she was a good presenter but I don’t know how I feel about her after this!

She assaulted her partner, she should be told to step down. I don't think it is right that Ant was allowed back on tv after what he did, so she shouldn't be either. The only good thing about it being in the news is that it reminds people that domestic abuse can happen to anyone.

Yes I think people’s opinion would have changed after this and would affect her being on TV in the future. Yes a lot of the celebrities wrong doings are swept away like nothing happened. Also the singer Chris Brown battered his girlfriend at the time Rihanna, and he has since released new songs and appeared on TV shows!

If it was a male celebrity that has assaulted their partner it would be a different story. I think a lot of the articles ive read have downplayed the whole situation 🙈

I'm disgusted that no charges are being brought, yes that is down to the victim, but personally I think the law should be changed where domestic violence is involved, far too often the victim withdraws the allegation and the perpetrator is free to continue the abuse to the point where the next time could end in a murder charge, regardless of gender.

Whilst we don't know the full story and never will, the fact that it has been brought into public domain means she should suffer the consequences, especially when she presents Love Island. I have never warmed to her and wasn't surprised when this came out
