Caution Fabulosa

Ask a Question

Did anyone else think twice about using their Fabulosa sprays? I love the variety of scents but having second thoughts about using them now.

Oooh 😨 I wonder what triggered it ..maybe it was the combination of the dust and spray as suggested in the article ..and if it was..then that's pretty scary. Be careful x

I don't use this product but it clearly states on the can that it is highly flammable so should not be used near or on heat. She was using it on her radiators, I'm assuming the radiators were on, which you should never do! I don't understand this trend of wanting your radiators to smell nice!

Ann1984 I know! I honestly just don't get people putting stuff on their radiators! I cleaned mine with a damp cloth and a toothbrush or cotton wool buds for the tricky to reach spots but I wouldn't use a product that clearly states it is flammable!

Ann1984 I've read some of the advice before as it sometimes pops up on my fb but I've never actually used any of the advice. If she had a candle lit then it is entirely her own fault

I don't currently use Fabulosa, but this wouldn't put me off buying it. From what I've read, this was her own fault- she ignored the instuctions on the product and used it on her radiator, because people on the internet recommended it. I use products like this safely, so wouldn't have any concerns about buying sprays from Fabulosa in the future.

I thought that everyone knew that metal containers shouldn't be anywhere near hot things, such as radiators etc?!

I still use mine, never had any issues but then again I don’t spray near naked flames or any heat source. The scents are wonderful though!
