How to Get Cheap Flights
Ask a Question
Are there any site that alert you with cheap or discount flights? I know about hotels ect thanks
maybe skyscanner. But I’m a regular holiday looker. and have found it’s actually cheaper to book a package holiday than just the flight. Lately fights on their own are coming up dearer than the whole package holiday it’s self including bagged hotel and transfer. So if you are looking I would recommend looking for a package holiday than booking everything separate
Bit of a nightmare really, we do this every year as we have a timeshare and do swaps for different places . Flight prices vary so much.
You could try Skyscanner, Kayak, expedia etc,
My tip, as regards the low cost airlines, is to book early.
I find the prices go up the fewer seats they have left.
Last year I booked a Ryanair flight from London to Faro, it cost me just under £12, that was booked about 3 months in advance. I went back the day before I was due to fly to see how full the flight was, and tickets were going for £130.
Tickets to Portugal are generally cheap when booked early, but now with the Coronavirus that's something that concerns me. They're being completely careless in permitting anyone from China to enter freely without being checked.
I wouldn't be surprised if many became infected, but I really hope not.
