What Cheeses Would You Include in Your Cheese Board?

Ask a Question

I ❀ cheese! Over the Christmas period, we sometimes just have cheese and biscuits with a nice glass of something

My cheese board would include

Black Bomber (mature cheddar)

Wensleydale either blueberry or apricot

Y Fenni (cheddar with mustard seeds and ale)

Smoked Applewood,

Cornish Yarg.

I don't like Blue cheeses, which is why Stilton isn't included πŸ™‚

What cheeses would you include.

I love cheese too. I think I'd include a mature Cheddar, Red Leicester, Wensleydale (plain), and Brie.

I also like to have something spreadable there, like Boursin.

Definitely Wensleydale with apricot, smoked Applewood, Stilton to go with the Port, Mexicana, a soft cheese with garlic and herbs, Double Gloucester and chives and hopeful a St Agur but it's often out of stock. I'm also a cheese lover. πŸ˜†

I'm a recent convert to Yarg, I love it.

I would also include a nice ripe brie, a subtle cheddar, some edam and a wedge of smoked Gouda.

All the stinky ones! I don’t mind the other milder ones, but the blue ones really hit the spot. Whisky cheese is lovely also

I love cheese also. My favourite are Stilton, Wensleydale and cranberry and port. The port cheese is a new one for me and a really nice chutney to go with it x
