I couldn't believe what I had just read on this article above but the reality of the situation is that Chicago has been this way for a long time, unfortunately. It's a shame that no one cares to try and fix it up so these shootings will continue endlessly. :-/
The govt could ban guns and it wouldn't matter, there's always ways people find of getting them, anyway.

glad I don't live there. America sure has some gun violence problems. I wonder how much proverty has to do with it. That is a scary high number of victims. Very sad.
