Childhood Fears ?
Ask a Question
Growing up did you have any childhood fears that you look back on now and laugh. I used to be scared of the dark, i remember running to my bed and hiding under the duvet because that was my "safezone" lol
I was terrified of my classroom at school because the teacher had a “joke” that there was a crocodile underneath it that would eat you unless you were in the classroom. One boy had an accident at school where he fell on the steps outside and cut his head open and the teacher told us all the crocodile got him.
Looking back now I know there wasn’t ever a crocodile there, but I was terrified of going to school for that entire year because of the crocodile.
I was scared of the dark too. My mum would let me keep the landing light on just to get me to go to sleep otherwise I'd wake up screaming. I was terrified of the dark until my late teens. I still struggle to sleep on my own in the dark.
I was also terrified of the film Labyrinth with David Bowie. It creeped me out no end. Love it now tho.
I was scared of the original ghost busters film when it first came out
Fear of the dark makes more sense csn walk into something you didnt see
Hi I have a fear of clowns, doctor who, bridges, punch and Judy. And now I am all grown up I still got a fear of it. If I hear the start of doctor who I start to have a bad panic attack. With bridges, clowns and punch and Judy I get a very bad panic attack. This why I cant go to partys or pub or clubs because I have a very fear of people I don't know. Which again brings on a very bad panic attack and after I am poorly but this just some of my fear there are a lots more.
