No they have to follow their own dreams although I would like my boys to do some self defense to protect themselves my daughter quit

My ex wanted our Son to do a particular job, 3 weeks before starting Uni I got "Mum, I don't want to do it. Can you speak to Dad?" He went on to become a chef which he enjoys but his Dad still looks down his nose at it. My philosophy, do what you enjoy not what others want you to do.

I want my 6yr old to find himself. What he likes and what he's good at. So I want him to try different activities to do so. But if he doesn't like it I won't push him. There's no need to make them miserable. But there's the only thing I insist is that he reads at home. Because it's important. Especially while he's little. Everything else is up to him.
