Make pasta sauces with tomatoes, peppers, sweet potatoes, carrots, celery, even apple, they are all blended together so they will never notice.

Add a little bit of butter to peas, sweetcorn.

Make a fruit salad and leave it for them to see and you will find that they will probably eat them.

Let them see you eating them, they are more likely to try it that way.

Try cucumber and carrot sticks with hummus or cream cheese or even peanut butter.

Have a look at annabel karmels recipes, she is known for making recipes for fussy eaters that contain hidden veggies.

Mixed fruits salads can be a starting point, same with vegs. Kids always love colourful foods and I am sure it will work with them.

Blend it in things like pasta sauces. Get them to help make things like fruit salad because they have helped they are more likely to eat it

To be honest I think that I am lucky in that all of my kids have have always been good eaters. They love fruit and vegetables. Infant they all have a love for broccoli, which I have tk admit , I'm not the biggest fan of!! I have always given grapes and strawberries as snacks from when they were tiny and this has stayed true. Lately however my eldest (10) has become more of a challenge as he isn't interested in many of the things that he has always loved. I guess it I perhaps just a spell he is going through . But despite this he stil could eat a whole box of cherry tomatoes by himself I he was allowed!

There are lots of tricks for kids with veg. Especially little ones. And imagination is the key I think.

Let's face it most of the fruit and veg are colourful and so presented in a good way they are more likely to like them. If it looks green or boring I probably wouldnt like ir either!
