MrsCraig I'd wait until chicken Tuesday if I was you.

NINE pieces of chicken for £5.99!

Can't go wrong at that price.

Hello TheChimp, we're having it really warm here today, it's a bit of a shock to the system after the rubbish days we've had lately and I'm suffering a bit as I don't function too well in the heat 😂

It sounds like you really enjoy cooking and your wife is being spoilt 😉 I hope you both really enjoy your meal today! x 😋

Morning TheChimp Loislane Sanitation1234 Lynibis MrsCraig we are having chicken biryani tonight. Day is dull and warm. Random fact - Today is National Tattoo Day! Smile 🙂

Mrs. Crowley was walking down the street when she met up with Father Flaherty.

The Father said, 'Good morning to you! Aren't you Mrs. Crowley and didn't I marry you and your husband two years ago?'

She replied, 'Yes you did, Father.'

'And are there any wee little ones yet?'

'No, not yet, Father.'

'Well now, I'm going to Rome next week and I'll light a fertility candle for you and your husband.'

'Oh, thank you, Father.'

They then parted ways.

Some years later they met again.

The Father asked, 'Well now, Mrs. Crowley, how are you these days?'

She replied, 'Oh, very well, Father!'

'And tell me, have you any wee ones yet?'

'Oh yes, Father! Two sets of twins and six singles. Ten in all!'

'That's wonderful! And how is your loving husband, Joseph, doing?'

'He's gone to Rome to blow out your candle!'

Very funny! I would give a kings ransom for chicken biryani tonight. I must admit I am not up to making it myself and I still don't trust takeaways. So many people in the process and can I trust them all to be hygiene conscious? I don't think I can.

Excellent! We had a video chat with his grandparents in the Highlands and we got another parcel from his Granny in Northern Ireland. More books and some top hats. The top hats were delicious.

Good morning lilyflower and everyone.

It's a miserable morning in my part of Wales today. I'm hoping that it will clear up later.

It was an evening of wine and music yesterday. I'm defo feeling it today. I think my tolerance to alcohol has gone.

Wife has gone to work for a couple of hours. She wants a fry-up for lunch, but she'll probably change her mind, which she offen does 🙄 Never mind, I'm easy whatever she decides.

Not too sure about evening meal yet. Maybe some tacos or a homemade beef curry.

Hope you all are well.

Morning TheChimp Sanitation1234 Loislane Lynibis MrsCraig JoTarpley Weather is not very good in NE either. I feel much the same but here's a smile 🙂

Two undergraduate friends were so confident that, the weekend before their university finals, they decided to go for a picnic and party with some other friends. They had a great time. However, after all the partying, they slept all day Sunday and didn't make it back to Uni until early Monday morning - still hung over. Rather than taking the final then, they decided to find their professor and explain to him why they had missed it.

They explained that they had gone to an old folks home in the nearest town to spend some time with aged people for the weekend. They planned to come back on the Sunday in time to revise but, unfortunately, they had a flat tyre on the way back on a little-used road, didn't have a spare, could not get a mobile signal and couldn't get help for a long time. As a result, they ended up sleeping in

the car and by the time they could get the tyre fixed they had missed the start of their finals.

The professor thought it over and then agreed they could take up their finals the following day. The students were elated and relieved. They revised hard that night and went in the next day at the time the professor had told them. He placed them widely separated in the large examination room, handed each of them a 2-page examination booklet, and told them to begin when the clock struck 9.

When it struck. they looked at the first page. There was just one problem, worth 5 marks. It was the easiest question in their entire 3-year syllabus. "Cool," they thought simultaneously. "This is going to be easy." Each finished the question and then turned the page.

On the second page was written just one more question: (For 95 marks): Which tyre?

Excellent! We've had a quiet day today, spent in the house. My parents are hopefully coming to visit soon so I've decided to give the house a deep clean before they come. Today my son helped me clean the floors and helped tidy the kitchen and clear out some items from the spare room.

Morning all from a mixed weather NE. Random fact: it's National New Friends Day, so welcome all new LatestDealers Image. Smile of the day 🙂

A Texan farmer goes to Australia for a vacation. There he meets an Aussie farmer and gets talking.

The Aussie shows off his big wheat field and the Texan says, "Oh! We have wheat fields that are at least twice as large."

Then they walk around the ranch a little, and the Aussie shows off his herd of cattle. The Texan immediately says, "We have longhorns that are at least twice as large as your cows."

The conversation has, meanwhile, almost died when the Texan sees a herd of kangaroos hopping through the field in the distance.

Amazed, he asks, "What on earth are those?!"

The Aussie replies with an incredulous look, "Don't you have any grasshoppers in Texas?

Afternoon everyone, hope you are all having a good day. My husband is currently watching F1 so he is happy and my good deed of the day was the give away some of my sons clothes to a local foster carer, I got them for free from a friend so wanted to pass them on to someone who needed them.

Loislane I was given them for free by a friend and he barely got the chance to wear them so I wanted to pass them onto someone who would benefit from them. I spent some time in foster care as a baby before I was adopted so I like to give back when I can xx
