do any of you still order a christmas hamper or do you just make your own to gift etc? we were gifted a very posh F And M one but felt guilty eating it as All i could think was how much each bite must of cost!! 
No, I think it is better value to make them. I saw the M&S ones in their Christmas catalog and it is so expensive. Also when u build one, u can choose what u put in.
No. We used to years ago have them, but filled with many items that weren't to our taste ,
This year I am making up 3 luxury hampers. I definitely would not buy ready made up ones, far too expensive, I prefer to give more for my bucks.
Each son and daughter in law and my grown up, with partner, granddaughter are all getting one and it will contain: a bottle of baileys, tin of shortbread, tin of biscuits, box of chocs, bottle of wine, jar of cherries in kirsch and anything else I think of from now.
